OPPORTUNITY: This case study is unique in that the client was not addressing any specific challenges, rather seizing an opportunity to involve the expertise of Presicion Automated Technology in consulting about scheduled equipment upgrades. In this case, the client would avoid manufacturing bottlenecks down the road by enlisting our suggestions and experience.
SOLUTION: Early in the firm's product redevelopment process, Precision Automated Technology gauged future rollouts on custom equipment that we could build and customize. In addition, our prototyping process would ensure lower investment in materials costs, and higher returns on revenues.
