Robotics ROBOTICS

With up to 6-axis robotics systems, PAT can create many unique combinations of work cells and systems.

Denester DENESTERS
  • Can denest fluted paper, plastic, pulp or foil cups.
  • Built to exact project specifications using our modular system. Individual tooling is designed and matched to customer specific requirements.
  • All mechanical design is engineered using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. Round, square or rectangular cup with "on the fly" capability.
  • All aspects of the project are done in-house, from initial concept through installation in your plant.
Depanner DEPANNERS
  • Built to exact project specifications using our modular system. Individual tooling is designed and matched to customer specific requirements.
  • Products can be picked and regrouped for packaging.
  • Tooling is adaptable for 6 axis robotic installations as well as fixed 3 axis Gantry style robotic systems.
  • Vacuum/Air, Needle/Pin, Gripper.
  • Upline and Downline product conveyoring/orientation and re-direction available as projects require.
